These terms apply when you order a bloomgram from bloomgram.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please contact us before ordering.
1. Who we are
bloomgram is a UK-based small business selling random mini-build plant gifts. You can reach us via our contact form.
2. The product
Every bloomgram contains one randomly-selected mini-build (one of 36 designs), packed in a premium gift box, with a personalised digital message revealed by QR code. The specific design is a surprise. You can't choose it — that's the point.
If you add a second build at checkout, you'll receive two randomly-selected builds in the same box. They may or may not be the same design.
3. Pricing & payment
Each bloomgram is £14.99 including free UK standard delivery. Express delivery is +£2.99. A second build is +£8.99. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery is via Evri, 3–5 working days from despatch. Express delivery is via Evri Tracked, 2 working days from despatch. Full delivery details are on our Delivery info page.
5. Cancellations and the personalised goods exemption
Every bloomgram is a personalised gift. Each box contains a unique QR sticker tied to your specific order and your handwritten digital message. Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day distance-purchase cancellation right.
This means once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you spot a mistake (wrong address, name, message) before we have packed your order, contact us straight away and we will do our best to amend or stop it, but this is a courtesy and not guaranteed. 6. Damaged or faulty items
If your bloomgram arrives damaged or has missing parts, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
7. Personalised messages
You write the personalised message that the recipient reveals by QR scan. Please keep messages kind, legal and free of personal data about third parties. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil orders containing abusive, threatening, illegal or hateful content.
8. The thank-you photo feature
If your recipient chooses to send a thank-you photo back, they do so willingly via the QR code in the box. Photos are uploaded to our system and emailed to you. Photos shared to our public gallery only appear with the recipient's explicit consent.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date you placed your order.
