bloomgram ships UK-wide. Here's everything you need to know about getting your gift to where it's going.
Delivery options
Standard delivery — FREE
Via Evri. Arrives in 3–5 working days from despatch.
Express delivery — +£2.99
Via Evri Tracked. Arrives in 2 working days from despatch.
When we despatch
We pack and despatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 8pm on a working day usually go out the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend ship on Monday.
You will get an email when your bloomgram is despatched, with a tracking link if you chose Express.
Where we ship
UK only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man). We don't ship outside the UK at this time. If you need international shipping, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.
Tracking your order
Standard delivery doesn't come with full tracking, but you'll get a despatch confirmation email. Express delivery comes with a tracking link in the despatch email.
If you have an account or have a copy of your order confirmation, you can view your order status at your order page.
What happens if no-one is home
Evri will leave a card and try to deliver again, or leave it in a safe place / with a neighbour if their guidance allows. You can also redirect to a parcelshop from the Evri tracking link.
The packaging
Every bloomgram ships in our premium soft-pink matte gift box, protected inside a poly mailer bag. We do not include invoices or prices in the parcel — it's ready to give as a gift straight from the box.
Delays & lost parcels
If your bloomgram hasn't arrived within 10 working days of despatch for standard delivery, or 5 working days for express, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.
